We do not accept returns in any circumstance unless the item received is damaged, at which point the customer is free to contact us and receive a full (if the item is shipped back to us, at the buyer's expense) or partial refund (if buyer keeps damaged item).
Once an item is shipped with tracking, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ship items to the address provided by the buyer, any errors made by buyer are not our responsibility.
Items "returned to sender" may be reshipped to the buyer at their expense, to do so buyers must contact us via email, and pay for reshipment:

Time for delivery of items will vary between items, and each expected delivery time is stated in the description of each individual item. Many of our products are made-to-order, and can take anywhere from 3-5 business weeks to produce and ship. This is clearly stated in each made-to-order item's description.
In-stock items may take anywhere from 3-7 business days to be handled and shipped.
We ship through the United States Postal service and shipping rates vary.
The only information collected directly by us is customers' provided name, mailing adress, email address, and phone number. We do not share or sell this information to anyone, and is only collected for the purpose of order fulfillment and shipping.

Care Instructions and Item Variation
For the longevity of the print, we recommend washing your t-shirts inside out in cold water on a delicate machine cycle or by hand. Hang drying is recommended. Due to the nature of screen printing, prints are expected to age and develop as time passes and they are worn and washed.
Also due to the nature of hand-made prints, items you receive may vary slightly from the item pictured. This is to be expected, as each shirt is screen printed by hand, individually, and this process is not exact.
